- In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@surprisescloth.com with clear images of the product and package.
- Our team will review your request and assist you if a genuine issue is verified.
- Replacement or refund is provided only if the product received is proven to be damaged or incorrect, and at the sole discretion of SURPRISE READYMADE SHOP.
